Unlike many other waterfront cities, San Diego's near perfect climate allows the luxury of sailing year round. Captain Sam takes advantage of this by offering daily cruises twelve months a year. The departure times of the cruises vary from summer to winter to allow for the best sunsets and seasonal whale watching experiences.
Just imagine the sun sparkling off the beautiful Pacific Ocean; sea lions; dolphins; fresh sea air; the California coast; San Diego's skyline; golden sunsets. With only 6 passengers per cruise, we wish to provide a quality, personalized adventure, and the best of sailing on every trip. Private cruises also available for intimate weddings or scatterings at sea.
Our summer sailing schedule offers afternoon pure sailing and Sunset Sweetheart Cruises. The afternoon cruise allows enough time for sightseeing in the bay, and sailing on the Pacific Ocean, and a romantic sunset sail is a perfect way to end any day.
